Shipping Policy
At Be Extraordinary Publishing, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use standard shipping methods and aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We take great care to package your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Be Extraordinary Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange the item for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
